ABOUT ARMY OF MOMS

True Story: Army of Moms is the brainchild of none other than a Work At Home Mom (WAHM). Awake one night at 2 a.m. to feed her baby, our Founder started to think about the countless Moms out there who had left the Business Track for the Mommy Track because there was not an option of a truly flexible work option that allowed family to always come first. She thought about Moms who wanted to work, but to do so on their terms. Our Founder knew these Moms had amazing talents and capabilities to share that could add immediate value to organizations large and small. Web development, technical writing, bookkeeping, marketing analytics - these were the immediate business needs that sprang into our Founder's mind in that middle of the night 'A-Ha' moment. Why not build a company around these WAHMs? Why not show the world the talent that was sitting idle behind so many doors across America? Why not build an Army of Moms.

Fast forward to today and you'll find that Army of Moms has a database of over 1,000 talented Moms (and Dads) across all 50 states and even a few countries who have enlisted and are ready to be deployed for a wide variety of tasks.

Not every company is capable of working with Army of Moms. Our work is always done off-site and often in non-peak hours. But all of our work carries one distinct trait: it's done at a very high level. Why? Our Army loves what it's doing because it has flexibility to work when and where it is best. It's a thrill in both quality of work and cost.

We discover new roles and projects for our Army on a daily basis. We've listed just a few of the most popular on this page to get your creative juices flowing. If you come across a job that you think might jive with our mission, email Natalie Smith, our Talent Coordinator, at natalies@americanworkforce.com. Every once in a while we even surprise ourselves with what we're able to accomplish. Just ask Lisa Box, the Vice President of Sales at iREIT who said, "Wow - I can't tell you how impressed I am with the women I just worked with. What a dedicated bunch!" after she called us with a project we hadn't even thought of before.

Why should you as a potential client trust our Army to win for you?
