Account Manager

Army of Moms provides innovative consulting arrangements for Work At Home Moms that allow them to continue raising their families while staying active in the business community.

The Recruiting Account Manager is responsible for maintaining long-term recruiting relationships with existing clients and managing the internal recruitment process.

Primary duties include strengthening and expanding existing client relationships, successfully recruiting highly skilled candidates for an array of positions, maintaining open lines of communication with Candidate Development and Candidate Qualification Teams. Other responsibilities may include pre-screening and interviewing potential candidates, performing scheduling duties, and maintaining applicant database.

To qualify for this position, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a solid recruiting background. Ideal candidates will have minimum of 5 years with client-facing Account Management experience. First hand experience sourcing qualified applicants through cold calling, targeted job advertisements and researching resumes using online recruitment tools is a plus.

This is a Work-From-Home opportunity; therfore, the ideal candidate will be able to work independently, is comfortable interacting with clients and employees, and has strong working knowledge of all aspects of the Recruitment process.

Recruiter

Candidates may also be required to conduct formal interviews with potential consultants and identify new and creative means for sourcing highly qualified candidates with a specific skill set.

Telephone Screener

Our client has an immediate need for individuals with proven interviewing experience to join their Candiate Qualification Team.

To qualify for these positions, you must have previous interviewing experience and a quiet, professional environment from which to conduct telephone screens. The ideal candidate is also talented at taking copious notes and reporting your findings to other members of the team.

This position requires the ability to work during normal business hours at least 3 days per week with a dedicated 3 hours per day - hours are flexible around your schedule. A land-line telephone and unlimited long distance are essential for these telephone screenings.
